This hand selected single malt was distilled at the world famous Bunnahabhain distillery in Islay Scotland. Distilled in March ‘07 and barreled in refill hogshead until July 2020. Non-chill filtered for a superior flavor profile. Aromas of sweet malts, honeycomb & cream soda. On the palate subtle vanilla, poached pears flowing into all spice with a long finish of brown sugars, buttermilk biscuits and caramel. 52.1% ABV.
